Yes. Many universities issue a conditional offer and let you submit the certificate later. In some cases the university's own online language test is accepted instead.
It depends on your profile: school or degree grades, language score, project and work experience. In the consultation we tell you which scholarships you have a real chance at and which you do not.

Yes. The document list, proof of funds, the application form and interview preparation are part of the service. The visa itself is issued by the consulate, which is why nobody can guarantee one.
No. We run the consultation online as well. If you prefer, we will meet in person at our office in Baku.
